There is no magic formula for business success, but we can give you some keys to take your first steps towards it. Néstor is an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience who traveled from the Canary Islands to Germany to found Atrineus, a consulting company in innovative and technological matters that today has offices in both the German country and the Islands. For him, freshness and dynamism are key elements when it comes to understanding a successful project and going beyond the business routine. Nestor decided to participate as a host in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme to learn from young entrepreneurs and at the same time support them in their entrepreneurial journey.
For his part, Juan José is a young industrial engineering student from Gran Canaria who sought to take his first steps towards entrepreneurship. When he learned about Atrineo's work, he set his goal there to unravel the keys to a solid and scalable business project. Thus, Juan José traveled to Germany and began to study together with Néstor everything that surrounded him, from day to day providing services to clients, to how to manage a business strategically to the implementation of innovative technologies in the workflow.
“Observing to learn” was Juan José’s maxim during his stay, allowing him to gain valuable learning and extensive practical experience in the integration of technologies with which to promote smarter, more efficient and personalised services. Just the keys to cementing your own business model. In addition, the occasion also allowed him to develop personal skills and join meetings with clients that gave him a panoramic view of business life.
However, the recipe for successful entrepreneurship is not unique. Each case can become different, but if something they all have in common is the possibility of learning and venturing with a solid knowledge about what they need to know and what they can expect once they decide to start their projects. Juan José reminds us of the value of breaking with the routine and going out to discover beyond the Islands: “It is very enriching to meet people, to have new ideas, to see beyond the routine”.
